All plants are sent using USPS for a delivery time of 1-3 days once shipped. We ask that you please allow 3 days lead time before we ship it out properly.
Please be aware that there is a possibility of some damage (broken/bent/dropped leaves, wilting, bruised young tender leaves, loose soil, etc.) during transit. Shipping can cause stress to a plant, especially when spending a few days in a box with no light or the boxes themselves can be damaged by the carrier during transit, but not to worry the plant will recover quickly with some tender loving care.

Hello, unfortunately I do not speak English, but I must say that it was a poorly treated shipment when I received the box it was beaten, therefore the plants arrived beaten, battered, broken, several leaves were broken, guides were broken, I am sad, I am a new buyer I wanted trying to buy large plants and it was a great disappointment, I am very sorry but I suggest you charge the shipping to make it more professional and achieve success for the client and the seller when receiving your product.

Huge plant, 3 vines with a lot of leaves. Good, healthy root system, not cutting at all. The reason for 4 stars is the leaves were dinged up in shipping. A couple were folded over completely. The packaging wasn’t great. I think better packaging would have protected the leaves better. But it arrived healthy overall, and it’s a nice big plant.
