All plants are sent using USPS or FedEx for a delivery time of 1-5 days. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling.

-Please be aware that there is a possibility of some damage (broken/bent/dropped leaves, wilting, bruised young tender leaves, loose soil, etc.) during transit.
Shipping can cause stress to a plant, especially when spending a few days in a box with no light or the boxes themselves can be damaged by the carrier during transit, but not to worry the plant will recover quickly with some tender loving care-

If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue half a refund or send a replacement, whichever is more convenient to you.

We strive to offer quality plants and customer service. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants' health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.
